Dave Sisson started with Storagetek Corporation in 1982. He became the Manager of Brokerage Operations from 1986 to 1996 structuring buy/sell deals to support the sales team as well as providing support for field engineering maintenance programs.

From 1996 to 2008 Mr. Sisson was the Brokerage Manager for Leasetek/Key Equipment Finance managing trade-ins, buy/sell, and short term rentals for the sales team. He also managed the off-lease inventory of NetApp, Medical, and IT portfolios, assisting in setting residuals for each program. In 2008 he started his own company, TJ Solutions, primarily doing buy/sell deals in the third party market.
