Benefits for full-time employees become effective on their first day of employment.

Insurance

Data Sales insurance package includes the choice of health insurance plan (High Deductible, Traditional), an employer subsidized Health Savings Account, if applicable, and employer paid supplemental insurance through Colonial Life.  We also offer dental and vision insurance.

Employer Paid Benefits – Includes life insurance up to $50,000, short term and long-term disability and accidental death & dismemberment insurance.  We also offer voluntary life insurance for employees who would like to apply for a larger policy.

Retirement

All employees, whether full-time or part-time, are eligible to contribute to our comprehensive retirement plan.  Data Sales will match 3% of participants’ contributions.

Time Off

Friday Early Outs! Yes – Every Friday! Employees can leave one hour before their regularly scheduled end time on Fridays! Early outs equate to 6 ½ days of paid time off over the course of the year.

Paid Time Off! Full-time employees accrue between 128 and 208 hours of paid time off per year based on seniority. On employees’ 5th and 10th anniversary years, they receive a bonus of 40 hours.

Paid Holidays! Data Sales offers 7 ½ paid holidays throughout the year and may utilize employees paid time off to extend the holidays during a facility closure.

Volunteer! Data Sales provides volunteer opportunities and encourages employees to participate. Not only do employees get paid to give back to our communities but all volunteers also get entered into a drawing at the end of the year.

Other Benefits

Educational Assistance – Each calendar year, employees may be reimbursed for up to $1500 for approved undergraduate/graduate college courses or up to $500 for approved continuing educational expenses.

Adoption Assistance – After 180 days of continuous service, you may be reimbursed up to $1500 of eligible adoption expenses per qualified adoption.

Employee Club!  This group brings the fun with monthly events, quarterly lunches, a couple of off-site events and a family gathering every summer.

What Dress Code?  We just ask that it’s appropriate for a professional office and warehouse environment.

It’s not just for mental health. Our Employee Assistance Program provides resources for your physical, social, professional and financial health.  Free sessions with a lawyer, money coach and therapist are included as well as guidance for caregivers, professional development and identity theft prevention and much more.
