Mr. Johnson serves as Data Sales Vice President of Credit & Lease Operations and is responsible for the management of the underwriting, legal documentation, lease administration and operations teams. Mr. Johnson has over 30 years of operating and financial experience in the leasing industry, with over 15 years as a senior level credit analyst, Mr. Johnson brings extensive expertise in the underwriting and structuring of commercial leases and loans to his leadership role at Data Sales. Prior to joining the company in 2009, Mr. Johnson’s career includes over 20 years with GE Capital, where he served as Risk Analyst and Vice President at GE Capital Government Finance responsible for the underwriting and documentation of financial transactions in the manufacturing, municipal, healthcare and non-profit markets in excess of $100MM annually. Prior to that Mr. Johnson served in sales and operational roles of increasing responsibility.

Mr. Johnson holds a B.A. Degree in Business and Marketing Management from Concordia University St. Paul and an MBA from Bethel University.
